Goodwood revival (friday)
Nice day out and weather was just perfect.
Good to see an old ford getting some fast laps in to put it on the front row of the grid (3rd) for todays race

Oh well maybe next time.
Goodwood report
St Marys Trophy
As the flag dropped, pole sitter Oliver got swamped by Reid and Ford Zodiac driver, Tony Dron, the latter taking the outside into Madgwick. The hugely
experienced touring car driver and former Le Mans class winner held on to the lead only as far as St. Mary’s. With better exit speed out of Lavant,
Reid retook the position as Oliver kept a watching brief. Dron and Reid continued to swap places – often several times a lap – with little room (if
any) between them but somehow they never touched. Unfortunately Dron was out with suspension problems after only five laps.
