Brands Hatch Evening Trackday

Guys,

Just in case anyones interested there is an evening trackday at Brands Hatch, details here:-

http://www.motorsportvision.co.uk/trackdays/event-details.asp?ProductID=1721

Few of us going as we belong to Lotus on Track but if anyone wants the go then the price includes membership to Lotus on Track which does some excellent discounted trackdays all around the country and abroad, best bit is it's only £89 with the free membership of Lotus on Track.

I know it's an evening but you should get plenty of track time and driving standards should be good, a great chance to do your first trackday.

Rich.

Yes, definitely.

I checked with Paul who runs Lotus on Track and he was very happy for me to post here and would love to see some of us along.

Lotus On Track trackdays are very well organised and I have always found the driving standards excellent.

They also have an evening at Brands in June which includes a BBQ afterwards and obviously they have lots of other trackdays aswell.

They also have a box at Brands which they always offer tickets for on a first come first serve basis for all Brands events at no cost.

Well worth a look, LoT details here:- http://www.lotus-on-track.com/

Rich.

Just looking at the small print they talk full FIA rollbars, my Locost does not have that ,I'll have to email Motorsportvision for clarification.

Dave,

I queried some of this with Lotus on track as my car won't be sva'd in time - they said as long as its road worthy they won't have an issue.

Thanks Jason, your girl was most welcome - at least it was dry in the vw!

Think it must be the weight and my big balls at paddock on the brakes that did it

I did let a couple of vx220's and elise 160's past. seemed to go best with traction control off until the ecu kept going into safe mode..

Ned.

ps you should have stayed for the grub mmmm

As i have pointed out before that as with the last car, i have done all i can to keep me hands clean. I do not profess to be a car builder and i do not gloat at the fact i have built all the car myself.

I think you lot are jeleous that i'm on my 3rd built car and you lot are still on your first so all in all i have built much more than you lot!!!!!!

Ha ha
