It was Aldi or lidl very cheep i bought it about 2 years ago but they get them in from time to time

I have just cut it down and glued a piece of cord in the front so it can't be pulled out from under the bonnet
it has elastic at the rear

How do you stop it sagging and filling up with water? Just tension?
