Eeeek!!

Another car that took my fancy was parked up amongst the Mercedes Owners area... a 300SL gullwing, around 1955 - 57.

Just looked up how much they go for in an auction... (prices shown are low - high)

55-56 Mercedes-Benz 300SL Gullwing (Alloy body, Type 198.043) $700,000 $850,000
54-57 Mercedes-Benz 300SL Gullwing (Steel body,Type 198.040) $350,000 $480,000

Just parked in a field, amongst all the other cars, with the public wandering around...
