It's been suggested that it would be good to have another meeting for the Essex, Suffolk and Cambridge folk (and any Norfolk folk who fancy
joining us, of course).
How about Mt Bures again? Reasonably central for most people (excluding the Duxford crew, who are a long way from everywhere! Only joking,
honest! ).
Any views? Suggested dates? Alternative locations?
Weather is always an issue this time of year, but the snow'll be on the ground if we don't make an effort soon...
How about a Sunday?
A Sunday's good for me...
Would love a get together but can't make it during the day at weekends.
Anybody going to Snett for the 750 racing tomorrow?
Nick
very tempted to drive up on Sunday, will see what the weather looks like..
Er... we haven't decided which Sunday yet!
We might make our mind up soon - but going on past experience... don't hold your breath...
...but does anyone fancy this Sunday, weather permitting? (but I'll have to get a permit from SWMBO before I commit myself). "Rain
later" is the current forecast from the Met Office, but it doesn't define "later".

I'll be at Snetterton on Sunday.
To watch the racing and get some new A048s from Polleys.

the East Anglia RobinHood owners club has recently changed its name, due to the fact that more and more other makes keep turning up lol , to:
East Anglian Kit Car Club
they meet on the 2nd sunday of the month, at the Park hotel, Diss at around 11:00 for lunch and chatter..
Now there's a thought...
...that makes it the 14th October?
Quite a trek for the Essex lads though.
I'm up for a meet so long as it's dry and not this Sunday seeing as I've just got off a plane from China (nice and warm there).
Rich
About 50 miles to Diss for me - I'm up for it, and we might even swell the numbers a bit. The last few meets at The Thatchers Arms have been a
bit .... erm ... spartan to say the least

Well, rather than faff around, why don't we just settle on Diss on the 14th Oct?
Mr Takumi - is
this the place?
Nice place to drive to, not too many cameras on the A140 (but not a fast road anyway), new scenery.
Weather permitting I shall be there. Did you want the head before then David?

Yea, its on weather or not..
I've just had the email from the Sec' (user: Piddy)
'But' October 14th is the last meeting of the year as so hopefully there will be a good few cars turning up.. that probably puts a bit of a
dampner on any idea of a regular future meets over the winter..
I think they start again March/Apri..
atb
see you there perhaps aim to be there around 11ish

Weather forecast is good and I'll be there - hopefully with a new exhaust system so bring earplugs
Hoping to make this one then off to the Westfield monthly meet at Tivetshall St Mary, seven miles away, for 2pm, should be fun
Sorry, can't atted this time as my son has a Karate grading to go to.

I may pop down. Gf is at work then, so I think I could sneak out
Weather Permitting, Rusty and I will be there in kits.
Been out for a "test" drive this afternoon, should be OK..
Here's a piccie taken early on - quite a few cars turned up later!
Good meeting - thanks for the invite.

Thanks to all those that turned up. It was great to see so many cars.
A good selections of Hoods,Luego's and Westfields, two locosts, a GTS Panther and Razmans Aeon. Someone said 24 cars.
alot of us went on to the Norfolk/Suffolk Westfield owners club meet afterwards which was most enjoyable.
After a lot of peer pressure there will be another Diss meeting on November 11th
@ the Park Hotel.
Followed by another visit to the westfield
meet for those interested.
Great meeting and a wonderful drive there and back (between the speed cameras on the A140 anyway)
Let's do it again chaps!
Made a great day out, good drive there and back
Will be coming along next month weather permitting
David
If only mine was built!
We'll still be there when yours is built.
You can also come along in a tin top to take a look.
Great motivator if you need motivation.
Might come to the next one. Will have to see.
