Hi All.
After putting out feelers, helped by the toss of a coin, we've come up with...
Sunday 6th August, 2 o'clock onwards
The BBQs will be set up for you to bring your own food and drink.
(please precook anything that needs it)
Rolls, salads, condiments, tea and coffee will be provided. All we ask is that we have an idea of numbers.
A warm welcome will be waiting for all Locostbuilders and families.
We are looking foward to seeing old friends and making new ones.
If anyone is not sure where I am please U2U me and I will give you my post code.
From the old thread, which I will delete to save confusion, we are allready looking foward to seeing...

David
Confirmed but just me , the better half has to work that weekend . Look forward to seeing everyone .
Hi Rusty,
Poke a sharp stick through Geoff's letterbox, he wouldn't want to miss a barby.
Paul G
In the words of Michael MacDonald (Doobie Brothers) ' Ya Mo Be There'...with the missus!
Cheers
Jon
Have convinced the missus that there will be other wives there so we will be there...
To oggle at actual completed cars and get nagged to finish mine........
Paul , not sure but I think Geoff may be in sunny Cornwall on day of barbie. In reply to Jon also in the words of MM i'll be " On my own"
Yup, Geoff saw the post and U2U'd me.
Paul G
I shall be making an effort, Paul. I'll see if I can find anyone else who's not busy....
Confirmed x 2 and a bit. Talked the missus into it as therel be othere missus's there. They can look at our baby if she comes while the blokes look at the cars.
Babies to look at... that'll make it easier getting the wife into the car!
Sorry guys and gals can't make it.
Have been invited to the WSB at Brands by a supplier.
Would have loved to come to meet and eat!.
Next time, if i'm invited again!
Cheers
Gary
I shall be there, on the bike with a sparklingly clean front wheel as requested. You can't miss me, I'm the one with a number plate embedded
in my inner thigh
Will there be kite flying too?

Paul, can you stick you post code up again please?
A message to all who are coming...
Don't forget to repeat the following mantra every hour, on the hour:
It WILL be warm and dry.
It WILL be warm and dry.
It WILL be warm and dry.
It WILL be warm and dry.
It WILL be warm and dry.
As I don't want a repeat of the bacon butty event!

OK............
It WILL be warm and dry.
It WILL be warm and dry.
It WILL be warm and dry.
It WILL be warm and dry.
It WILL be warm and dry.
It's OK for you - you'll be coming in a tin-top...
...it's not easy driving my car with an umbrella up!
Needless to say I would rather have a finished Avon to drive in!
Nice to see they have absolutely no idea what the weather will be like Sunday. Dry most of the day with showers developing later. Maybe. Probably. Possibly.
Well I'm putting up the gazebo in the morning so we can shelter from the SUN...
But it is waterproof.
Paul G
Dare i say it. It is supposed to be a good weekend..
Is Doug (garage19) attending??

Hehe. Remember incontinence shouldn't be swept under the carpet
No need for waterproofs (or colostomy bags) after all then, looks like rain is off the forecast. They've transferred it over to Hungary for the F1 race. Should make proceedings a bit more interesting.
Hi All
Looks like the weather will stay dry, till late this evening anyway.
If anyone gets lost ring my mobile on 07779 561613
If anyone else fancies a drive out then please call in.
See you all later.

Well, the weather forecast didn't lie - dry during the day, heavy rain overnight - it was pee'ing down at 5:00 this morning, with lightning!
The sun shone on the righteous anyway - it was a very good afternoon and nice to see everyone again.
