A few pictures of the Locost area on Sunday. Sorry about the number of posts, but I don't know how to attach multiple images.

Phew... now my finger hurts!!!
what do you mean, number 13 isnt locost of the year?! So whos was number 15, anyone we know?
At last locost's on the locostbuilders site!!!
No 23 was a WOMAN!!!
I think her name was Laura from Worksop area.
Yes, there's more than Fozzie. She built the car herself at Oundle, I believe. and made a damned good job of it. Crossflow engine, book chassis.
Mine's number 14

6 and 7 were our babies - the first time they've been seen at a show together since mine (6) was finished 2 years ago.
Nearly didn't make it this time due to a dodgy water pump! Replaced it at the show and was fine for the journey home. Wanted prize for dirtiest
engine bay after a couple of pints of rusty water pissed all over it!
So who won the prize for the best Locost?
Pic 10 gets my vote. i was amazed by the ali bodywork. Ive seen pics before but they dont do it justice. I cant even begin to imagine how hard that
nosecone would have been to make. Fantbloodytastic.
pic 13 a close second.
It has to be said that there were some very nicely finished locosts on show. A real credit to all of the owners.
Pic 10 won last year (I think) so I choose pic 13, the attention to detail is astonishing - Well done JoelP!!!
15 got it. Very nice build, lots of nice ally tig and fabrication work - done by him / his dad. De dion rear end, injected Pinto with very nice tigged plenum.
