Saw 3 cars coming the other way when I was heading South on the M5 at 5pm.
2 sevens. 1 Cobra. Something ugly and kit car ish.
3 looked nice, but closing speed of 160+ and poor memory.....

That last pic looks like one of Leepu's creations...
I saw that as well OMG, its cars like that, why we have SVA/IVA etc
There was some horrible black 2cv thing inside the hall as well, bloody awful!
I posted a pic of Conrods old car, in another thread
engines too big have we all gone mad
More skeletal form than in the flesh. Looks like they're are still using huge wheels and low roll bars.
Matt, how could you tell they were all doing 90mph ...and I hope one wasn't that trike doing that speed.

Completely wrong... a bit like putting a Hayabusa engine in a motocross bike, yes it'd have more power but to what end?
I was there, wandering around both days 'working'. Always been an admirer of the Kit Car scene, my dad had a Caterham years ago but this has refreshed my enthusiasm! Will probably end up in a Fury / Pheonix in the not too distant future.
Couldn't make it this year unfortunately, we have the grandchildren staying with us from Friday night until Wednesday, more than makes up for it.
But no doubt there will be another show along shortly.
Hopefully a few more pic's from Exeter will be forthcoming.
Cheers, John
