Ultimate Driving Experiance

I went too one off these ultimate driving experiance things today @ Elvington with 6th gear, the first thing is that it was 20 degrees, cloudless sky and no wind - great i thought!!

It was a expensive but very rewarding day, plus the choice of cars was pretty extensive. Especially when i thought 2 choices off car would turn up, i had this selection........

Aston Martin DB9
Aston Martin DB9 Volante
Aston Martin DB5
Aston Martin Vantage
Audi R8
Ferrari 360
Ferrari 360 spider
Ferrari f430 spider
Ferrari 430
Ferrari 599
Lamborghini Gallardos
Lamborghini Gallardo Spider
Lamborghini Murcielago
Porsche 911 Turbo (pronounced TOR-BOW)
2 aerial Atoms (one supercharged )
Subaru Imprezza
Range Rover - view lap car.

and then i seen it...... a new LP640 4

(more cars but i cant remember, there was at least 20 cars)

Me in the spider...

and the lambo...

Not many, if any, of these corporate events can beat PalmerSport for sheer value in terms of time spent behind the wheel and encouragement to drive on the limit.

Probably the best car off the day, which i cant believe i would be saving this is ..........

...The Audi R8, it was absolutly Superb and too prove it i was in the 360 spider and my dad over took me doing around 130mph in the braking stretch just before a very very tight corner and i dont hang back.

I lucky got to go on two palmer days @ bedford last year. The company i work for takes groups of customers out for the day as a thankyou for spending lots of money with us
Even better is being in the right place, at the right time when one of these customers cancels at the last minute leaving a seat going spare

Anyway - for the whole day, with food, prize givings etc (the full corporate treatment) works out at about £1,000 per person (deals can be done though, large group sizes and going off season see's it getting near the £700 mark).

Its a lot, but your arms will physically hurt by the end of it - you must spend the best part of 2-3 hours behind the wheel of some lovely cars.
